Hi! I’m Lauren, a 30-something analytics consultant, wife, and mom of two elementary-aged kids. I am committed to making my money work for me (and my family), so that we can see the world without breaking the bank, and to maintaining a dangerously low PTO balance.

I have been travel hacking since the early 2010s. I stumbled onto an article by The Points Guy which referenced a card that I had in my wallet, the SPG Amex, and it blew my mind that the card had benefits that I had completely overlooked. After that, I began primarily travel hacking hotels and more recently, I’ve begun to dabble in hacking flights.
